All Bison and Pork products are shipped direct from our ranch in Quill Lake, assuring you the freshest cuts of Pork and Bison available. We have our own Abattoir and in-house staff which affords us the ability to offer custom cuts and custom packaging for corporate gifts as well as individual gift boxes. Custom labeling is available for Bison and Pork Products.
